Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Document Comparison Tool

  1. Access the Tool: Open the Compare Documents in the Tools section of the side bar menu.

  1. Paste Your Documents:

  • Document 1: Copy the entire text of the first document from its source (e.g., PDF, Word document, webpage) and paste it into the "Paste document 1 here" box.

  • Document 2: Repeat the process for the second document in the "Paste document 2 here" box.

  1. Input Your Query:

  • In the "Your query" box, type the specific comparison or analysis task you want PaxoAI to perform. This could be anything from "Identify differences between these two documents" to "Summarize the changes in legal terms between these documents."

  1. Submit: Once you have pasted both documents and entered your query, click the "Submit" button to start the comparison.

Tips for Effective Use:

  • Text Formatting: Don't worry about the formatting of the text when you copy and paste your documents; our tool is designed to analyze text content regardless of its format.

  • Clear Queries: Be specific in your query to get the most accurate results. For example, instead of simply saying "Compare these," specify what aspects you're interested in, like discrepancies, thematic differences, or specific section comparisons.

Examples of Queries You Can Perform:

  • "Highlight any conflicting statements between these two contracts."

  • "Show differences in the financial figures stated in these two reports."

  • "Compare the thesis statements of these two essays."

Experiment and Learn:

Feel free to experiment with different types of queries to see what insights you can gather from your documents. Our tool is built to handle a wide range of comparative and analytical tasks to aid in your understanding and decision-making processes.

Using the Paxton AI document comparison tool, you can efficiently evaluate and contrast documents, saving time and enhancing your productivity. Whether you're a legal professional, researcher, or just need to compare two pieces of text, this tool is here to simplify your workflow.
