📁 How to Generate a Medical Chronology
Go to the Medical Chronology Tool
From the left navigation panel, click “Medical Chronology”
Upload Source Documents
Drag and drop PDFs or upload full medical files
Paxton Medical Chronologies supports documents of any length.
Initiate Chronology Generation
Click “Generate Chronology”
Paxton will return a structured timeline of all visits, diagnoses, procedures, and findings
Download & Use Your Excel File
The output includes visit dates, facilities, providers, diagnoses, procedures, and notes
Use the Excel file for drafting, reviewing, or sharing with your team or clients
⚠️ Important: If you analyze medical records using the Assistant or other tools, you may receive shortened or partial summaries. Use the dedicated Medical Chronology feature to ensure complete coverage.
