How to Use the File Summarizer Tool
Access the Tool: Log in to your Paxton AI account and navigate to the File Summarizer in the Tools section of the side menu.
Upload Your Document: Click on the ‘Upload Document’ button to select the large file you wish to summarize. The tool supports various formats such as PDF, DOCX, and TXT.
Set Your Preferences: Before summarizing, you can set preferences for the length of the summary or specific areas of focus if required. This step is optional but helps tailor the summary to meet your specific needs.
Summarize: Once your document is uploaded and preferences are set, click on the ‘Summarize’ button. The tool will process your document using its advanced algorithms to produce a concise and comprehensive summary.
Review and Download: After the summarization is complete, you can review the summary directly on the platform. If it meets your needs, you can download the summary in your preferred format for offline use or sharing.
