### Common Questions

**Why do some documents show “No events extracted”?**\
Not all documents contain medical treatment events. Administrative, billing, and non-clinical records are included for completeness but may not generate timeline entries.

### **Tips for Using Medical Chronologies**

* **Pair with Medical Billing Summaries**\
Use Medical Chronologies alongside **Medical Billing Summaries** to connect treatment timelines with accurate billing totals. This combination helps you clearly show not just *what* treatment occurred and *when*, but also *how much it cost*. Together, they provide a stronger foundation for demand letters, negotiations, and case valuation.
* **Incorporate into the AI Assistant**\
Upload your generated Medical Chronology into Paxton’s AI Assistant to **enhance drafting of legal documents**, such as demand letters, deposition outlines, or internal case summaries. Adding your Medical Billing Summary alongside the chronology ensures the Assistant pulls both clinical events *and* financial data into the draft, resulting in a more complete narrative.
