Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your Paxton subscription at any time. Follow the guide below.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Select Manage Subscription under your user profile and then click the Manage Subscription button.

   

2. Click Continue to be taken to Stripe portal. Paxton AI partner's with Stripe for simplified billing.
3. On Stripe, Click Cancel Plan to confirm you plan cancelation. That's it! Your subscription has now been cancelled and you will no longer be charged.
